IREM "Airpods Max Giveaway" Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor
The AirPods Max Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by the Institute of Real Estate Management (“IREM”), located at 430 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 750, Chicago, IL 60611.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers of IREM and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
How to Enter
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CT on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on October 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
To enter, visit the designated IREM entry form during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the required fields, and provide your consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from IREM at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not required to enter or win.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without signing up for text messages, send an email to marketing@irem.org with your full name, phone number, and “AirPods Max Giveaway Entry” in the subject line. Each entry, regardless of method, will receive equal consideration.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods Max (Approximate Retail Value: $549). Prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on November 2, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified via text message and email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected. Prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without additional payment or consideration.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless IREM, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to IREM’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.
General Conditions
IREM reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script, macro, or automated means are void. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
